Very accommodating - Needed a last minute hotel room due to a long day driving into the night. Wasn't going to be able to check-in til 12.30am and other places were not possible, rung the Travel PLaza and they were really nice people. Made a special arrangement for me to arrive that late. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed a little noisy but no major problem.
