General Policy

Terms and Conditions at Travel Plaza Hotel
All available rooms can be booked online.
When you are booking online, please fill in all the requested information. The system will generate the booking and booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
When you are booking over the phone, we will request you to send us an email to info@travelplaza.co.ukwith your full name,address, contact telephone number and your booking instructions. We will email you a payment link , which you need to follow andcomplete the payment .
Full paymentwill be requested at the time of the booking.
We do not collect your card details over the phone for security reasons. You will receive a booking confirmation via email ,
a payment link and a confirmation of your payment.
The Hotel has got48 hours cancellation policy.
The Hotel has got right to retain the payment for the reservation when the reservation is outside of the free cancellation time.
When booking 3 or more rooms, the booking will be considered as a Group Booking on a Non-Refundable basis.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 day before the arrival are without charge. *This does not apply to non cancelable reservations.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel outside the cancellation time or in case of No Show.
I confirm that I will not hold Prem ConstructionLtd t/a Travel Plaza Hotel liable for the loss of any valuables or other personal effects during my stay.
I confirm that all activities undertaken at Travel Plaza Hotelshall be at my own risk and I will not hold Prem Construction Ltd t/a Travel Plaza Hotel or its employees liable for any damage or injuries that I may suffer.
I agree to pay all Charges incurred by me and my guests during my stay at Travel Plaza Hotel.
An additional cleaning charge of £200 will be charged to my card on or after departure if I or any of my guests smoke in the room.
I agree that a charge of £60 will be levied to my card each time I request information relating to charge back matters (This applies to No Show cases, as well).
There will be a late check out charge of £15 apply in case of late check out at 12 noon and one more night fee will apply for check out after 12 noon.
The last check in time is by 11.00pm (23.00 ) and the Hotel reception reserves right to refuse entry. There are no refunds considered in a case of check in after 11.00pm
In case you need to check in by midnight,please contact the Hotel and there will be an additional charge of £25.
Our housekeeping team checks all rooms on departure and in case of missing items, which are the Hotel's property, you will be charged for and the charge will apply to your card.
